Amy is the executive leader of VDS, and has previously held sales and management positions at Amherst Technologies, Avnet Embedded Solutions, and GreenPages.

Mike Rousseau, Partner Program Technical Manager

Mike is a Media & Entertainment industry veteran with over 20 years of experience. Mike is the technical leader for VDS handling engineering, services, and workflow solutions for our ISV and OEM Partners.  He has served in other leadership roles at Avid Technology, Pinnacle and Facilis Technology.  Mike holds a BA in Communications from Worcester State University.

Chuck is a seasoned technical and consultative sales professional with 20 years of experience selling hardware and software solutions into the Broadcast Media & Entertainment industry.  Experienced channel sales director with a history of recruitment, development, training and managing channel partners. Before VDS Chuck held sales leadership roles at Chyron Hego, GrassValley, and Avid Technology.

With 20 years of technical experience in the Media & Entertainment industry as well as traditional Enterprise IT environments, Casey specializes in high touch configurations and manages VDS’ configuration center. Casey has previously held technical support, marketing, and business development positions at Amherst Technologies, PC Connection, and Gov Connection representing manufactures such as IBM, AMD, Toshiba, and Dell.

With over 15 years of sales experience, Herb is a trusted professional amongst the vast network of Post Production Dealer Channel and manufactures in the Media & Entertainment industry. Before joining the VDS sales team, Herb served as key account manager at Broadfield Distributing for 13 years. Herb has a degree in Music Education, is an avid Drummer, and our resident Pro Audio Expert.

With over than 10 years of sales support experience, Tracey brings her customer service success to the operations side of VDS by providing clients with up to the minute order information and resolution to customer service issues. Tracey has strong relationships with key manufacturers and vendors to drive the success of VDS as a value-added distributor. Tracey has previously held sales support positions at Amherst Technologies, PC Connection and Brookstone.

Nat is a valued sales professional with 20 years of experience selling hardware and software solutions in the media entertainment industry and secure telecommunications fields. Previous to joining VDS, Nat held sales and buyer positions at Amherst Technologies, Ipswitch, and Sonus Networks.
